As an expert professional in your area, you generate orders by managing clients and resources providing a complete portfolio to Sysmex/solutions/services in the clinical laboratory environment.
- Responsible to develop the business and achieve sales targets and expanding Sysmex’s market share on the assigned business segment
- Responsible for the commercial team, commercial activities and the preparation and execution of the sales plan
- Directly engage with policy makers and stakeholders that influence the reagional healthcare system
- Actively manage the CRM/Sales Funnel (Opportunity Management) and sssure that all tenders are properly mapped and prepared
- Interacts with Marketing to foster alignment with marketing plan and its implementation
Regional Sales Manager — Centre (f/m/x)
In this role you will:
As leader of the commercial team, contributes to the implementation of the strategy, development and objectives of the organization.
- Identify the main market trends
- Transform these trends into actions and products in accordance with the global strategy
- Lives the concept of responsibility for key accounts.
- Participate in conferences and fairs
Represents Sysmex in the market
- Regular visits to key clients within accounts to establish strong contacts on ongoing or future business.
- Offer and tender management: coordinates commercial department and other resources, sets prices according to the availability and resources of competitors, requests follow-up to facilitate the relationship with the management team
- Direct large tenders and assure a structuted approach across the team
- It has direct involvement with centralized procurement organizations, at both national and regional level
- It is responsible that your team actively uses the CRM and data quality
- Analyze data from the CRM/Sales Funnel and tender mapping to make informed decisions and prioritize resources
Management of commercial departments
- Manage employees/resources and set tasks and objectives (e.g. propose commissions/plans and salary and bonus reviews, manage verification and appraisal of sales agents, approve expense reports for the sales organization)
- Drive excellence into sales processes and help implementing best-practices
- Ensure that employees have adequate support, training and evaluation, keeping them engaged and motivated
- Manage and ensure the progress and quality of work.
- Lead and take part in team projects

University degree or equivalent experienced in this field

Native in Italian and fluent in English

Computer skills
General professional experience:

At least 10 years in sales management roles

At least 5 years of experience on IVD industry

3-5 years in people management

Direct experience in Hematology and/or Haemostasis are plus
