As an expert professional in your area, the main objective is to oversee the seamless implementation and support of Sysmex ICS projects.
·        This involves providing comprehensive support throughout pre-sales processes, executing successful ICS projects, ensuring effective support for solutions, overseeing installations, and offering robust after-sales services, including system monitoring, customer support, and collaboration with field teams for updates and corrective actions.
·        The goal is to ensure client satisfaction and the optimal functioning of Sysmex ICS solutions across their lifecycle.

Senior engineer in Integrated Concept Solutions (f/m/x)

In this role you will:

Pre-sales:
·        Ensure support to all business areas involved in the implementation of pre-sales processes, bids, and after-sales.
·        Successfully carry out ICS projects within Sysmex.
·        Provide effective support for all offered ICS solutions.
·        Understand and participate in the workflow within the laboratory.
 
Instalation:
·        Installation of Sysmex Software solutions.
·        Installation of IT hardware.
·        Provide remote access to clients during installations.
·        Coordinate and communicate with Field Application Specialist (FAS) regarding patient validation and its flow.
·        Establish online communication with the LIS (Laboratory Information System).
 
After-sales:
·        Monitor and document the configurations of installed systems.
·        Remote 'Hotline' service and on-site.
·        Telephone support.
·        Collaborate with FAS on workflow updates and validation tasks.
·        Collaborate with Field Service engineer (FSE) on corrective actions, offering IT support.
·        Coordinate with FSE in the software update of installed equipment.

Job requirements

·        University degree or equivalent in IT engineering.
·        Advanced certificate in electronics/IT and/or equivalent industry experience
·        Technical knowledge of electronic/IT equipment (preferably IVD)
·        Knowledge as a user of PC tools and software applications 
·        Languages: fluent Italian and English
General professional experience:
·        Knowledge of electronic and IT equipment
·        Compliance with SOP's and WI's
·        Self-motivation with the ability to work under stressful situations
Professional experience for the position:
·        3-5 years of experience managing technical teams in the IVD industry including direct customer contact
